How to Exhibit
Ready to be an exhibitor? Here’s how you can secure your spot at the Expo:
Submit an Application
Fill out the Exhibitor Application Form (below) with details about your organization and what you plan to showcase. Our team will review your application promptly.
Confirmation & Payment
Once approved, you will receive an exhibitor agreement outlining booth details, costs (if any), and terms. Confirm your participation by signing the agreement and completing any necessary payment. (Note: Special discounted rates are available for small local NGOs – details provided upon inquiry.)
Prepare for the Expo
After confirmation, our team will provide you with an Exhibitor Kit including booth specifications, setup times, and tips for a successful exhibition. You’ll also be listed in our event directory for attendees.
